These terms and conditions ("the Terms") form the basis on which customers can visit our website and will apply to any contract between Dot&Co for sale of our products to our valued customers (that’s “You”). Please read the Terms carefully as they contain important information and you agree to be bound by them by placing an order and to purchase our goods.

With apologise to our International customers, these Terms and the Contract between us are only In the English language.

  • Orders

 

    • After you have placed an order through our website we will email you to acknowledge receipt of your order. 

 

    • We will email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

 

    • If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, for example, because a product is not available or due to an error in our website, we will tell you by email and will not process your order. If you have already paid for your order we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.

 

  • Payment terms
    • You can pay for your order using a debit or credit card. You can pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server via our payment platform Worldpay.

 

    • Security of your personal and financial details is our priority.  You can be confident that your personal information remains that way as we use SSL (Secure Socket Layering) technology which is the industry standard encryption.

 

    • Payment for your order and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. We will not charge your debit or credit card until we dispatch your order.
    • We accept no liability if delivery of your order is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your debit or credit card then we can cancel the order and suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

    • You can also pay securely through PayPal.

 

  • Delivery

 

    • Please see Postage and Delivery section of our website for delivery costs and a list of the countries to which we deliver.
    • We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order and will not be liable for mistakes on your part, so please ensure this address is accurate.
    • We will do our very best to dispatch all orders within one working day of payment received.  We send all deliveries via Royal Mail recorded, which requires a signature on arrival to ensure peace of mind.
    • We always aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to contact you to confirm the revised date.
    • You will become owner of the goods you've ordered when delivered to you, at which point they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
    • If you are concerned that your order has not arrived please email us at info@dotandco.co.uk with your order details.

 

  • Cancellations

 

    • If you change your mind or decide that you do not want to keep your order, you can cancel your order by emailing info@dotandco.co.uk .

 

    • To help us please provide the following details:
  • Customer name;
  • Order number; and
  • The date of the order

 

    • If you cancel your order after your payment card has been debited but before we have dispatched your order we will arrange for your debit or credit card to be credited with the amount of the order and any applicable delivery charges.

 

    • If your order has already been dispatched you can cancel within 7 working days from the date your order is delivered. Working days mean that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included in this period.

 

    • Please send the returned goods to:

    • Please enclose the returns slip when returning as we cannot issue a refund without this, and we recommend you return your order using Recorded Delivery to cover you in case your parcel is lost on the way back to us.
    • Provided that the goods are received by us within 7 days of receiving your cancellation email and the product(s) is/are in the condition in which they were delivered to you, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
    • If you do not return the goods or do not pay the delivery costs, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
    • We will refund you on the card credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
  • Returns

 

    • At Dot&Co, we ensure that all items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive any goods that you are not entirely satisfied with, please return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt unworn and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

    • Please enclose the returns slip when returning as we cannot issue a refund without this, and we recommend you return your order using Recorded Delivery to cover you in case your parcel is lost on the way back to us.

    • Provided that the goods are received by us within 30 days of the date of receipt by you and the product(s) is/are in the condition in which they were delivered to you, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of receipt by us of the returned order.
    • If you do not return the goods or do not pay the delivery costs, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
    • Unless the goods are faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
    • If you have returned goods because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the full price of the goods, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the goods.
    • We will refund you on the card credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
  • Liability
    • Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a customer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded,  nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
    • We make every effort to ensure that our photography and product descriptions are accurate however slight variations in colour and size may occur and therefore colours and print may vary slightly.

    • All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Dot&Co. All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT, charged at the applicable rate.

Dot&Co and related parties, or any of their employees, do not make any warranty as to the accuracy and completeness of the information on the web site and that any products or services will meet your requirements.   • Gift Vouchers

 

    • Gift voucher redemption is completed at checkout. Once you have chosen your desired products, simply enter your gift voucher code (as it appears on your gift certificate) into the applicable field. If you have any problems please contact us.  Terms and Conditions apply.  Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months only and must be redeemed in full as no refund can be given in exchange for outstanding balance.
