At Dot&Co, we ensure that all items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive any goods that you are not entirely satisfied with, please return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt unworn and in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Please enclose the returns slip when returning as we cannot issue a refund without this, and we recommend you return your order using Recorded Delivery to cover you in case your parcel is lost on the way back to us.

Provided that the goods are received by us within 30 days of the date of receipt by you and the product(s) is/are in the condition in which they were delivered to you, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of receipt by us of the returned order.
If you do not return the goods or do not pay the delivery costs, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Unless the goods are faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you have returned goods because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the full price of the goods, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the goods.
We will refund you on the card credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
